Affiliate Agreement

If we accept your application, we give you a personal discount code and a private dashboard. When someone buys MacZentra using your code, you earn a commission on that sale. Acceptance is at our discretion, and you are an independent affiliate, not an employee or agent of MacZentra.

You earn 20% of the net sale. All amounts are calculated and shown in US dollars, whatever currency the customer paid in. The net sale is:

• what the customer actually paid (after any discount from your code), including tax,
• minus the tax collected (such as GST or VAT),
• minus our payment-processing fees: 4% of the amount paid plus $0.40 per transaction.

Example. A customer pays $40.00, of which $3.05 is tax. Fees are $2.00 (4% of $40.00 plus $0.40). The net sale is $40.00 − $3.05 − $2.00 = $34.95, so your commission is 20% = $6.99.

The customer’s discount is already reflected in what they paid, so it is not deducted a second time. Your dashboard shows the commission for each sale.

• Each month’s sales are paid on the 15th of the following month.
• A sale counts once it is 14 days old (our cancellation period) and has not been refunded or disputed.
• Payments are made by PayPal (in US dollars) or UPI (paid in Indian rupees at the exchange rate on the day we send it). You tell us where to pay you when you apply.
• The minimum payout is $30. If your balance is lower, it carries over and is added to the next month until it reaches the minimum. For example, $20 one month and $15 the next is paid as $35.
• We cover the cost of sending the payment. Any currency-conversion or receiving fees charged by your own provider are yours.
• You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn. We may ask you for tax details before paying you.

• Customers can cancel within 14 days of purchase. Sales that are refunded or cancelled earn no commission.
• If a sale is partly refunded, your commission on it is reduced in proportion. For the example above, a 50% refund reduces your commission from $6.99 to $3.49.
• Card disputes (chargebacks) can arrive weeks after a purchase. If a sale we have already paid you for is refunded or disputed within 90 days of the payout, we deduct that commission from your future payouts (we do not ask you to send money back). Your dashboard shows any deduction. If the dispute is later decided in our favour, we return the deduction on your next payout.
• A sale with an open dispute is not counted until the dispute is resolved in our favour.

To keep the programme fair, you must not:

• Buy through your own code, or arrange for family, friends or accounts you control to do so for the purpose of earning commission. These sales earn nothing.
• Post your code on coupon, deal or cashback sites, or create fake or misleading coupon pages, unless we have agreed in writing.
• Bid on our brand in paid search: no ads on “MacZentra” or close variations or misspellings of it, and no ads that imitate our website.
• Make false or misleading claims about MacZentra, or use spam, fake reviews or other deceptive methods.
• Use our name or logo in a way that suggests you are MacZentra or are officially endorsed beyond this programme.

If we find a breach, we may cancel commission on the affected sales, pause or end your code, and keep unpaid amounts that came from the breach.

You must make clear, wherever you share your code or link, that you earn a commission from sales (for example: “I earn a commission if you buy with my code”). Put it where people will see it before they decide, not hidden in a footer. Follow the advertising and endorsement rules that apply where you and your audience are, such as the FTC Endorsement Guides in the United States.

• We may change this agreement or the commission for future sales. We will tell you by email, and the change applies to sales made after the notice.
• You can stop at any time. We can pause or end your participation at any time. Commission already earned on valid sales is still paid when it reaches the minimum.
• This page and your dashboard describe how commission is calculated. See also our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Customer emails on your dashboard are partly hidden, and you must keep them confidential.
